On September 6, 2022, the Jiangning District held a promotion meeting for the "Top Ten" billion-yuan industrial clusters. The Jiangning Development Zone, Qilin Science and Technology Innovation Park, Jiangning High-tech Zone, Binjiang Development Zone, and Tangshan Tourism Resort each presented their respective "Top Ten" billion-yuan industrial clusters. They will sign 23 key projects related to associated and core industries, with a total investment of 20.98 billion yuan, to help Jiangning build a strong development engine and new growth pole.

Nanjing Zhongjiang New Material Technology Co., Ltd. has become one of the first enterprises to sign up and settle in the new material industry cluster area of Binjiang Development Zone, contributing to the park's focus on key strategic material industries and realizing the chain-like development of the new material industry chain in Binjiang Development Zone. The aim is to build a pioneering area for independent innovation in new materials in the Yangtze River Delta region in the future.
